The New School 12 oz

This seasonally changing blend brings together the best of both worlds: a clean. vibrant washed Ethiopian coffee as the foundation. paired with rotating co-fermented and experimental lots that add fruit-forward flair and complexity. With each iteration. the components may change. but the intention stays the same — a cup that's both balanced and striking. approachable and adventurous. traditional and innovative.
